When I was a college student, I ever have internship in
India. Meet a new people is my pleasure. Through this intern, I can make more
friends, it support my communication skills, learn how to convey my great idea
to others, and try to make an understanding for a differentiation. I get my
achievement for my internship in India. I am proud to be apart to help India
government to reduce the number of HIV AIDS, by teaching the community to stay
away from free sex and drugs. One of my great experience when I must visit the
high risk group, directly talk with them, and visit the government hospital to
meet Peoples infected by HIV virus. This experience make me celebrating co-operation between different groups of
people in a single society and socio-ecological philosophy that describes a
sense of oneness despite physical or psychological barriers. I learn more
things, that based on a mere tolerance of physical, cultural,
linguistic, social, religious, political, ideological and/or psychological differences
towards a more complex unity based on an understanding that difference enriches
human interactions.
After
finish my study in university, I’ve become a part of Emergency Response team to
help victims of West Sumatera earthquake, year 2009. By join Spanish Red Cross,
I make a program called “RumahTumbuh”. It is a temporary shelter for the
community. I have to lead, teach and educate our volunteers how to make the
good construction, and at the end of this project we have built 2010 Temporary
Shelter. Now, as a professional worker, I lead my team to give and presence best and excellent of public quality services for our
customer.
I have join MaD (Make a Different) conference in Hongkong
for twice, year 2014 and 2015. Both of conference take a theme by concern about
environmental issues. I got more knowledge about greenhouse effect, how to
built green city, and many social related issues. Back from this event, I tried
to implement to my surrounding first, by encourage the people in my office to
have a sense about green environment. In a time, we make an event to clean a
beach in the week end. All the employee participate to this event.

This activity conducting countinously as improvement in my
office. In every saturday we clean our office surrounding environment supported
by all the workers. Now all of us realize that save the earth could participate
by all of the people, begin from the small thing, becouse as our said that the
the big things begin from the small things.
